My account has been suspended for more than a month now. I don't know why, did not receive any email. I contacted them to have an explanation, but got no response back. They are holding back my funds. How can I resolve this?

More than likely you need verify your ID or bank and need to upload documents for ID, taxes, photo ID, etc.
You should have a notice on your dashboard and/or finance page what you need to do.
You name must match exactly everywhere.
It can't be Sally Smith one place, Sally A. Smith another and Sally Ann Smith in another.
If they are just holding funds, are you on Payment reserve?
If not on reserve and your funds are not being deposited to your bank, it could be your credit card has expired (plus it could also be because you need to verify your ID).
