I am afraid that my account was hacked and message with promote code was sent through my account as my iPhone's notification showed a strange message from Etsy buyer, upon I clicked the notification to check out the message, I found out my Etsy account was locked due to security issue, I immediately sent message to Etsy, however, I only received below the message.

Finally, I received below the email from Etsy's Trust & Safety team (someone hacked my account and sent message with promote code to the buyers, I don't know what are those messages since my account has been locked), I tried to send message again to Etsy, however, I received the above same message from Etsy again. I feel very frustracted and disappointed, as now I dont know what I should do and how can I reach Etsy since I am not about to log in to my account and only received auto reply email from them without solving the issues.

Yes you have been hacked and your shop logo was changed to Etsy Security.
If you can still log into your account, check your security settings, and below that you'll see if an IP other than your own has logged into your account. If so, sign it out, and set up 2FA, if you don't have it already. I'd do this from another device, as the one you're currently using might have malware or a keystroke logger.
THIS.
@LittleGlamJewelry - Your Avatar photo looks normal here in the forums. When I visit your shop's main page the Avatar has been changed to a black circle, Etsy in the center, your name changed to Security Department.
You have most definitely been hacked.
You need to contact Etsy & hopefully the link above will be of help. I wish I could say your problem will be solved in a short length of time but that's not the necessarily the case.
If you don't see the help ticket format of being able to request a call back from Etsy there is Chat though I'm not sure if they can really help you.
If you have already received a reply from Etsy in response to an emailed help ticket(s), pick one & keep responding to that one, that your issue is not resolved. Hopefully you will get this straightened out quickly.
This is the second or third one that has been in the forums about hacking an account and changing it to look like it’s Etsy.
I just looked and your shop now has a normal avatar. Looks like it’s fixed.
@OmasFabricStash - I still see the Etsy 'logo' and Security Dept. as their Avatar & name.
I'm using a laptop/chrome if this might make a difference.
More disturbing is that some of the recent threads are about the shops being hacked for the purpose of sending out scam messages. Nothing else is changed. The hackers apparently only want shops for their messaging ability & the reduced chance that Etsy will immediately deactivate an account.
@OmasFabricStash
I'm still seeing the Etsy circle (black logo) and below it "security department" on the right side where the "contact" button is.
It's not the avatar next to the shop name that has "Little Glam".
Using W11 on Edge on desktop.
@vintageNCtreasures I was on my phone and the black square wasn’t showing. My iPad worked enough to let me see the whole shop, there is such a difference between my iPhone and my iPad. On the iPad the pages are still going blank when I go to a different page, but only on Etsy.

When I received these kinds of messages, maximum confidentiality was required. And your message asks not to post on the forums. All the messages shown by you are phishing. Be very careful, do not enter their links!
Hi, How was the problem solved? I think I'm having the same problem and I need help.
