My about shop photos have disappeared

The sliding banner photos for 'about this shop' which are usually at the bottom of my main shop page seem to have disappeared, or at least they have to me, can someone have a look please and see if you can see anything? thank you.

Yes yours have gone as well... I went to the options page and the photos are still there, so am stumped as to why they've gone from the page, it's just a big blank there, but the arrows are still showing.

Have just looked at a couple of sellers and their photos are also missing, so maybe etsy have gotten rid of them to save space (if so I wish they'd let us know) or there's a glitch / bug / somebody playing around.

Mine are gone as well, @thewoollydog when I click on your 92 updates they go back as far as 6 years ago.

Yup, mine are gone, too! There is white space where the photos should be, so it looks like a page layout glitch. The arrows are still there and functioning, because you can see the photo captions changing below the white space when you click the arrows.

Hopefully a glitch. My photos are gone on laptop with Edge, but I can use the arrow to scroll and see the video is still there. But on the buyer app, all looks fine with both photos and video there as usual.

Same for me. A large, white space with faint arrows left and right. When clicked the arrows move through several blank spaces until the Video is reached. The Video is visible but not the photos.

I just found that the about images re-appear with a hard refresh using Ctrl+F5.

Something weird happened though.  I did a Hard Refresh Ctrl+F5, and all the photos appeared except one.  I did another Hard Refresh and all of the photos vanished again. I did a Hard Refresh again, and now they are all there (for the moment anyway).

Something is going on with the About Page photos. Is this a bad Halloween joke?

It's not a real solution anyway because the regular punters won't be doing it, but at least we know our about images are still in the database.
Mine are about 8 years and 3 computers ago, never to be recovered...

Just discovered my About Page photos are gone.  Also, I looked at another Seller's Shop (went there first), and thought it was just their photos, until I saw my own were missing.

D-mmit! My photos are gone again, lol.  And this time, the Hard Refresh Ctrl+F5 didn't work (desktop computer, Chrome).
