My Store was closed and I DID NOT CLOSE IT. All of my listings are gone!

I can't find any help with this.  My store was closed.  There was no email, warning, or message...nothing, it's just closed.  It's the holiday season!!!! I am losing sales!  Who will help?

Maybe the Smiley Face TM owners had it closed for infringement.

Check your email's spam folder.

An email may take a few days to arrive with all that's happening here right now.

And you're right, it is completely gone.

If there is nothing from Etsy, try contacting them to see what happened.
