A month ago, a malicious IP report was filed against my listings.
After 2 days, Etsy admitted the mistake and reactivated my listings.
However, my Star Seller badge was removed due to this incident.
I have raised numerous requests since then, but nobody in the team responded my request.
Any recommendation from here? Thanks!
Etsy is famous for not fixing the star seller stats.
Are you sure it is just IP, and not creativity standards too?
you are using mockups as your first photo in handmade, they are not allowed,
I would change them all asap
from etsy....
Listings for items ‘made by a seller’ must use original photo or video content of the final product
When creating your listings, you must use your own photos—either photos you took yourself or had someone take for you. These photos should showcase the actual finished product that you made, designed, handpicked, or sourced.
Many of your listings include the trademarked brand names of bags.
But there is nothing in the listing to say you are using the trademark with permission, or who owns it.
It may be fine to use the brand name as long as you make it clear the item is not an official product. But at the moment there is nothing at all about the trademark, so the owners could feel you are using them in a way that misleads.
Many of your items or at least the pictures are on many other ecommerce sites.
Your exact items are all over the internet. You are suppose to make your items. Reselling is not allowed here. Read the rules in the Etsy handbook.
What is a $15 TopUp?
Are you a large or small company? Are you handmaking the items or designing and using a POD? All shop members are to be listed in the about page.
Perhaps the star seller is not reappearing for other reasons. You sent an email? Did you get a reply back? If so, use that email to ask for additional help.
I wouldn’t be messing with Louis Vuitton I’m sure they have better lawyers and deeper pockets than me !
