My Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, I do not want to wait another month while I am entitled to win, I would like it to be taken care of, thank you very much in advance for everything.

You have no badges at all which means you did not sell the $300 minimum + 5 orders.

But they very rarely, if ever, adjust star Seller metrics.

Aside from the sales numbers and service metrics there are sometimes other reasons a shop won't get the star seller badge. 

This could be the case in your situation.

Please look up the star seller rules and read through ALL THE CONTENT there.

Your first review is in April. Have you had your shop for a complete 3 months? You can only receive Star Seller once that amount of time has passed.

@SNMZ3dModels: Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. Remember that for the July Star, you need to look at the "previous period" data, what you see on your Star Seller page is the metrics for the August badges and star. https://www.etsy.com/starseller

You need to include your licensing information (and required attributions) for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
