Hi,
It has been more than a month since my shop was forced into stay in Holiday mode while Etsy reviews my info. This is the second time since last December.
The first time happened early December, lasting two weeks, which made me miss the Christmas pick season entirely. It recovered after two weeks. I thought it had been resolved.
However the holiday mode was back again before Valentine's day without any communication by emails or messages, apart from the yellow banner. I raised tickets a few times, no responses at all. Really frustrated!
Has anyone who experienced this issue found a solution to speed up the process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
