My SOLD items are not showing sold on the Etsy site

Hello,

Since the new updates to the Etsy App and site, my sales are not being marked as sold.  I have had to deactivate the item myself to remove it from the Active listings.  Has anyone else had the same issue?  Usually I see the red "Sold Out" label on the item and the item is removed from Active Listings once complete.

Hi Wendy,

I am not currently experiencing this, but I did last year with just 1 order. I contacted Etsy through chat and they said they would investigate, but months later nothing happened. I managed to fix it myself by completing the order again and it then moved into the sold orders folder.

Whether that will work now, with changes afoot, I don't know.
