I have several saved Quick Reply categories in my messages, and they are systematically disappearing! Replies I've used for years are suddenly GONE! I just went to click my "signature" which is a reply I've saved that includes my shop name and link... and poof! It's not there! The category was still there, but the reply was gone.
This has happened now with SEVERAL of my replies. What the heck, Etsy?
