Next time your printers shipping or pricing changes make the edits here on etsy. I betcha things won't duplicate then. The shipping bits *may* even automatically update when your shop syncs. (it does with other printers). If not then you can easily make the edits here in shipping profiles. Same goes for pricing, you can make those changes here much easier and probably without risk of everything duplicating again.
Etsy may never get back to you if they have no idea what the issue is or if it's a printify issue so don't be surprised if they never reply or just send some canned reply. Not sure how printify's support is as I haven't ever had to use it. The only issue I have had was the occasional order never syncing or showing up there so I just make a manual order. I'll venture a guess that printify support is much better than etsy's.
