Hello all.
I'm new on ETSY.
I want to open ETSY ADS but when i try it says
"Your shop needs to be active to start Etsy Ads"
and no i waited already. Its like this about 1 months. I didnt get any suspended account warning. I paid my bills. everything looks normal on dashboard. I can renew, activate, deactive, add new products for listing. it's all working. I can activate vacation mode on/off without problem.
But i cannot activate ETSY ads. i tried to contact over support ticket. But it's always saying if your account is suspended etc. But on dashboard it says my account is active. I can login/logout.
What should i do ?
