My Etsy message not received by prospective customer.

Yesterday, I sent an Etsy message to answer a query sent to me by a new prospective customer. It appeared to have been sent successfully.

Today however, I received another message from the same person who asked the same question because they said I hadn't yet sent them a reply. I have again replied, but as yet I haven't heard back from this person.

Other messages I've sent to other recipients have been received successfully. Has anyone else experienced this? This is a new contact and I don't know how else to contact them.

Help would be appreciated

Does the user name have (Guest) after it?  If so you might have to suggest they check their email as I think Etsy routes messages to guests through email as they don't have an Etsy account yet.

No there is only his name without guest qualifying it. He also has a couple of favorites on his Etsy page.

Also, my only way of contacting him is through Etsy messaging and if he's unable to read/receive the messages I've sent him I have no way of contacting him as there's no email address there for him.
