Since February 3, my account has been repeatedly suspended in Error then reinstated ,then suspended the next day. Now I can't get any help with Etsy Support at all, I've apealed the suspension an no response.
Suspended in error? Were you given any reason for the suspensions?
The reason stated is They suspended my shop in error, they will reinstate my shop sorry for the inconvenience.
My shop is only reinstated for 1 day then I try to sign in an again My shop is permanently suspended.
If you have an old email from Etsy regarding this issue then respond to that rather than sending a new help request.
Have they sent you any emails at all explaining why it was suspended?
I sell vintage an Antique items, I've never had another Etsy shop, my credit card is up to date, I have no outstanding bill, I verified with Plaid, I've never had any item removed for any reason. I've had no issues whatsoever with Selling on Etsy until this nightmare began.
Take an old email and respond back asking why the shop is being suspended.

I have responded to email regarding why I was suspended,
When they finally respond After viewing your account we have suspended your shop in error an will reinstate sorry for the inconvenience".
It only lasts one day then again my shop is permanently suspended.
I did nothing wrong, I am so frustrated.
It must be some Etsybot gone rogue.
I wish I could help, but I think you just have to keep pounding on Etsy until someone actually wakes up and notices that there is a problem.
So sorry you are having this issue with Etsy! Another scenario that has been seen as a cause for shop suspensions has been sharing WIFI with other users who have been (presumably rightfully) suspended from Etsy.
