I have had many customers in the last couple of days that cannot download their instant download digital files. Also, I think there's a bug in the messages as well in regards to spam.

Did you tell them to use a browser and not the app?
Yes, they are saying they still cannot access the downloads and want me to email them the digital downloads which really puts me behind.
I'm having so many problems with bad request messages. I can't relist, look at messages, send messages sometimes. Look at my payment page. Everything I open has big problems. Maybe customers are having the same with the bad requests messages when they try to open it up.
Hi All, I made a post with relevant info (feel free to add to mine with your browser brand and a copy/paste of exact error message, as well as tab title). This way we can see what browsers are affected and what error messages we are getting. This will help the tech team figure it out.
