Multiple Dashboard Issues Etsy Tech Support nada!!

Besides the issue with the text in conversations still not appearing when opened.. which Etsy says it's been resolved but NOT FOR ME!!!!, there is more.... 

I switched browsers to test the message issue (still doesn't work) and my new dashboard says I have 2 open orders but only one is showing on the order page. Also there was a banner stating Etsy had deactivated 2 of my listings but no evidence of 2 "new" inactive items  and I haven't received an Etsy email regarding them either... What is going on!!!

I've tried using the contact tech support but instead it's Whoopsie! Hiccup!

This is ridiculous.. I have the link to sending an email... which the last time I used it resulting in a generic response and never had any followup whatsoever.

Well have you done the usual?  Refresh?  Reboot?  Clean out cache and cookies?

Well send another email.  When they reply use that email to reply back about the issue.  Etsy's trategy is to send out one email as a reply with general information because most times sellers either don't really need the help or are not specific enough.  REply back with what you are experiencing when you get the reply email.

Other what type of computer are you working on?  OS Windows 10 or 11?  Anything running in the background that interferes?  Did you add 10 to an old  computer?  As 10 changes older computers have a very hard time keeping up.

Have you defragged?  Run utilities.  Run your anti-virus?  Old files may be interfering as disc may be too full.

I'm using the newest version of Firefox and had to jump through a bunch of security measures to log in since I haven't used Firefox for Etsy in ages. I usually use an older version of Safari. Cookies aren't the issue. My desktop is older and Chrome is out of the question as it eats up all the memory. It boils my blood to have to constantly upgrade when my tech needs are pretty much limited to selling on Etsy.. I live in what could be described as an internet dead zone with sketchy service most of the time. Even if I had better internet I still don't stream or game, so shelling out $500 or more to get an upgraded platform is BS.. Using a phone or tablet is pure misery.
I did realize the order issue was my mistake but the problem with messages is annoying but I can work around it because the content of messages in email notifications. 
I'm just tired of spending time and MONEY resolving tech issues .

@busterbeanknows   One continuing issue is that Etsy seems to roll out features, enhancements and changes without considering graceful fall backs for browsers that do not support them or implement them fully.
