I made my first sale more than two months ago and my store has been in vacation mode since then. I have uploaded my necessary and correct documentation for seller verification. I have asked for help twice and have not received any response. I don't understand how they can have me in this situation without giving any explanation.
Your only sale (and only review) is a Snoopy item, which is trademarked. Could it be the issue?

If you have already done this, send an email. But only one. Etsy has confirmed (to me) that the first one is an auto response. When you get the auto response, reply back that you still need help. At that point a human should get involved.
@YourCustomStampStore Sometimes a forums moderator will read a post about a shop being put on vacation mode and notify you that he or she will forward it to a specialist team.
I don't think the problem is the item, since my first sale there is a red bunner that says "it has not been possible to verify your seller information". I do not have the store suspended to file an appeal. I have attached my company deed where all the official data is but they do not verify it. They also do not tell me what other information I should provide. It would be easier after two months if they answered me by email what documentation they need. I am not a self-employed person, we are a company incorporated as a corporation. Maybe I am not attaching the correct documentation. If someone can help. Thank you all for the answers.
