Last download on Dec.27 worked well. Now I am getting an error message and I can't generate a csv for my data for December 2022. Any other month works, but not December. Getting error message.
Not sure if this is related but I'm having an issue generating the orders csv in the download data tab. I'm not getting an error but the dropdown selector is not working at all for me. I'll click the dropdown menu to then select the option but the dropdown menu options just show briefly and it wont let me select anything. I'm having the same issue on both PC & laptop and on 3 different browsers as well as incognito. And yes, I have done the usual cache and cookies clearing etc.
Yeah, tried that in all browsers even rebooted all the things and double checked all extensions etc. Somethings wonky with the drop down menu. Oddly it's only that dropdown menu that's having the issue. All other drop downs on etsy are working fine. *grr* I wanted to get my end of year books done today but instead I'm fighting with technology lol
@WitticismsRus I know!. It is super frustrating. For me, I cannot "bulk edit" Prices. This has been happening for a week now. Everything else in "Editing Options" works, just not "Edit Prices".
Oh man that is super annoying. Manually editing prices is a nightmare! Hope the bulk edit prices starts working for you! I'm walking away from my computer before I get too frustrated with this dumb broken dropdown button and my mouse spontaneously flys across the room haha
Lol I fixed it. It was my dumb wireless mouse being weird. I had tried resetting it initially but didn't help. Removed it completely in settings and pulled the USB plug bit out. Put it all back together and magic...the drop down box works now haha. It's still weird that it was just that one drop-down menu that wasn't working.
