Missing tracking... but I added it

HI. I had 2 orders which I promptly shipped. Even early. I entered the tracking number in the appropriate field, choosing the name of the courier. The orders delivered and also appears by clicking on the shipping number. But on the STARRED SELLERS page there are 2 shipments "2 orders with missing tracking information" so I miss that score... but it's not right and correct. How to change?

Did you enter the tracking number within 3 days?  If not then there is not tracking even if added later.

Oh and to other sellers who might answer the OP is in Italy.

Etsy's Star Seller doesn't recognise all postal carriers.

Ma ce una lista e compare nella lista e oltretutto ora è cliccabile e da consegnato ... se non riconoscesse tutti perchè li mette nella lista?

Si. Ho inserito subito il numero.E ora se ci guardo risulta inserito, cliccabile, e cliccando rimanda al tracking con consegna effettuata

@ArcheoLiuteria: Star Seller stats are not instant - they appear to be updated only once per day. Did you add the tracking information on or before the scheduled ship by date? Do the orders show at least "in transit"? Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

 

In the meantime, an unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

Bagmakersupply ho inserito il numero di traking dopo aver fatto la spedizione, il giorno stesso. Ho scelto dalla lista corrieri il corriere che ho usato, presente nella vostra lista e ora se clicco sul numero di tracciamento mi rimanda ad un sito di tracciamento che mi dice consegnato per cui io ho fatto tutto regolarmente e risulta tutto regolare e l'acquirente ha già ricevuto il suo acquisto

Bagmakersupply I entered the tracking number after shipping, the same day. I chose the courier I used from the courier list, present in your list and now if I click on the tracking number it takes me to a tracking site which tells me delivered so I have done everything regularly and everything appears to be regular and the buyer has already received your purchase

@ArcheoLiuteria: Unfortunately we are completely at the mercy of if, when, and how often AfterShip checks the tracking number and updates Etsy, and which couriers they support.

 

Long before Star Seller was even thought of, we got into the habit of spending a few minutes daily checking the previous day's shipments to make sure that they were at least "in transit" so if something was wrong we could fix it within the 72 hour window we are allotted.

This has happened to a lot of people, including me and I am in the US.

I always use UPS. For some reason, three times now in almost 3 years, the carrier changes from UPS to Fedex and this dings me of my tracking score. Going through it right now. It says on Sept 2 I didn't add tracking even tho it's there but its says FedEx with a UPS tracking number.
