Missing processing times and Star Seller-problem solved

Hello,

I posted last week on the possibility of losing my star seller status because of erroneous "missing processing times" when those orders were shipped out the same day. I got hit with another "order missing the processing times", which happened to be the same item. I finally figured it out. This was only happening to a new face serum that I listed last month. 

When you go under shop manager, and listing screen, it automatically is on the "new" version. You can switch back to the old version. 

When I listed my item last month, it was automatically under the new version. Today when I switched back to the old version, my face serum was indeed missing the processing times. The circle that was ticked was "enter custom shipping options", which I obviously did not do. On the new version, my processing times said 3-5 business days. 

If you add a new listing, you will have to compare the new version and the old version because the listing may not match. Hope this can be help to someone since Etsy themselves couldn't figure it out!
