Missing orders/Duplicate orders

Hi All! 

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as I am. I run a moderate level shop (declining sales, but that’s for another time).  At any given time I have 100-250 small orders in my queue.  For the past 6+ weeks I have orders that jump around, don’t show up at all, or show up more than once in my order queue.  It doesn’t seem to matter which way I view my orders, there is always a major issue (mobile app, mobile web, or pc web).

Even when I search for specific order types, many don’t show up in my queue unless I look for a person by name. 

This is affecting my ability to message customers to thank them for their orders and keep up good communication while I make their items. Customer service is something that I take very seriously, so this is especially concerning. It also makes every day harder having to search and be sure nothing is being missed, or made later than it is supposed to.

I have brought this issue to Etsy’s attention twice over the last 6 weeks, and haven’t seen a resolution (if anything, the issue is worse). I have been told it’s an issue they’re working on, but no fixes have been implemented. 

I have uninstalled the app multiple times, logged in and out of the website… basically everything that has been recommended. 

Any help would be appreciated!

@StampOutLoudShop  Hi, Giving you a Bump. I don't know what to suggest, other than don't use the App (I've not used it, but others say it's very glitchy). Sorry you're going thru this; it has to be confusing, especially with such a huge amount of sales. I hope someone can help.

I have the same problem. I spoke with support and they said they are "working on it" but they have no idea how to fix it because its been a week and no improvement.
