Missing listings

I noticed last Friday when I logged into Etsy that approximately 180 of my listings were missing. They are not shown under deactivated or sold out, and they are just gone. These include items I personally designed, so it seems unlikely that they were removed for violating policy. Some of these listings have sold hundreds of times. 

When I type in the listing #s it says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.". This has been going on since Friday and I am worried that they have just completely disappeared, along with all the reviews etc. 

Any ideas on what happened?

around 550 depending on inventory.

How many listings do you have it you look at your listing manager page? Is it the same as your shop front?

Also - did you have your shop on vacation recently?

No to vacation, and when I look on listing manager I have the same number of listings as shown on my regular sales page.

@CoralDaisyCreatesCo: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

Ok--

I noticed initially on the Etsy Sellers app-the white and orange one-on my iPhone 13. 

I normally do most of my Etsy work on my Mac-using Mac Monterrey 12.6 and safari browser.

I also have a Shopify site and use an app on Shopify called Etsy Integration & Sync. I use it to sync the inventory.

I have contacted support but thought I would see if anyone here knew what was going on-I haven't heard back beyond the standard email they send that lists why listings may have been removed-but that cannot be the issue for 180 listings.

Did you by any chance delete those listings from your Shopify admin page, thinking they were only being deleted from Shopify and not from Etsy too?

I wish that were the case! But no...they are all still on Shopify.

@CoralDaisyCreatesCo: Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that the matter is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

Etsy has been amazing. They were deleted due to “export feed” which is a 3rd party service. I am going to get them all moved back to active listings today!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up to see if the information provided addressed the issue you mentioned. Unfortunately, I'm still grappling with an unusual problem in my Etsy shop. Strangely, all 120 of my listings continue to be deleted persistently. When I reached out to Etsy support, they asserted that further action was necessary. They suggested that I might be responsible for deleting the listings, but this is inaccurate as I haven't made any changes. This issue arose only this month when all 120 listings disappeared, despite having operated my store since October. I'm reaching out for assistance to comprehend and resolve this unexpected challenge.

Etsy's response to this problem was, "Thanks for waiting. In this case, I can see that the listings have been deleted on your end, and probably the issue here is because of Printify. When you connected this app to your shop, you granted them permission to access some of the data in your shop and make changes."

Fer clarified that Etsy isn't the entity exporting or importing data with these services. Instead, it's up to Printify to ensure they successfully make requests to Etsy's server to retrieve and configure information. Hence, Printify's team would be best suited to address any further troubleshooting.

I reached out to the Printify support team last week, and they advised me to contact them again before re-uploading the listings so that they can investigate the issue.

This situation is frustrating, and I'm struggling to find a resolution. Each time this happens, I incur financial losses. Although I have re-uploaded all of my listings, they are visible again, I anticipate the issue will recur. Any assistance or insights that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
