Apparently, an unfortunate experiment (or permanent change) by Etsy. As @JJewellerySuppliesUK stated, it's at the bottom of the page. This is very concerning as one of my buyers included a note with her order that she hoped the items she purchased were OK as she could not find a description. I've communicated with Etsy Chat about this and simply got a scripted response about how Etsy is constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction, etc., etc. I'm concerned about this on multiple levels including 1) how this change will reduce the number of orders for shops since the descriptions are not readily visible; 2) result in increased returns to shops that accept returns; and 3) increase the number of cases against shops. I'm sure there are many other reasons that this is problematic.
