Hi, This month and the last few months my response rate has been 100%, however I am missing this badge.
Also, I was sent 2 bad reviews from one customer who purchased 2 items. She had admitted mis-using these, which caused them to tarnish, but still gave me negative reviews. Is there anything I can do? I did contact her and explain that they had been mis-used and so couldn't be refunded. Up till this point I was a Star Seller.
If the items are sterling silver or silver plated, I would send the customer advice on how to look after the item and how they could remove the tarnish in 5 seconds with the help of a simple household item or offer a return as items should last more than 2 days.
I would not accuse your customer of anything, pieces purchased should last more than 2 days. By law the customer is entitled to a full refund.
And as your policies are not legal, they have up to 12 months to request a full refund.
when you look at stats for the badge awarded on 1st Dec, you have to look at "PREVIOUS review period" - download the csv, and see which one you are missing.
there are very limited legal provision for reviews to be removed, that does not qualify.
