Missing Reviews

Hi,

I have had two 5 star reviews over the last few days, one was yesterday.  The buyers say they have left a review, but they aren't showing up in my listings, or on my shop and and I am not getting notifications.

Is there an Etsy glitch?

@ClaresBrocante - Sorting your reviews by Newest I see one 5 star left today (17th) & then 2, 5 star reviews left on June 11th.

I do not know how long the process to update a shop's reviews takes. Also, if anyone is using their phone/Etsy app, there are many reported glitches with the apps.

Wasn't aware that Etsy sent notifications that a buyer left a review, so can't help there.

@JMOldeVintage   Thanks.  Just after I wrote that the first one appeared, but there is still one missing.  Perhaps it will appear over the weekend.

I get review notifications on both Seller apps.

Hi, I am new to Etsy and have sold 4 items, my last sale was 10th June and my customer let me know they have left a review but it still hasn't shown on my shop, she was logged into Etsy on her Iphone and is puzzled why her review hasn't appeared as am I, plus being new to Etsy I could do with every review possible to help me grow my shop. Any ideas what I/she can do to find this review, can she try again on her laptop?
