Missing Processing Time
Yup, it's still an issue. I searched on this forum and saw that this problem was already reported back in 2022.
Checking out are service stats report, a lot of our orders are missing a processing time (but they DO have one). Because of this, all those orders are marked as shipped too late.
Contacting Etsy doesn't help much. They just reply with standard messages such as:
"It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue that our engineering team is looking into. I’ve added all of the details from this ticket to their investigation on order missing processing time so they have more information to work with."
Our payments account was placed under reserve, most likely because of the orders that were shipped too late (but they were not). Furthermore, we lost our Star Seller badge.
Anyone else experiencing this problem at the moment?

Yes this has been happening to me on and off for ages. I stopped purchasing Etsy postage labels and it stopped happening and I almost got back up to the percentage for star seller, then it happened again this week. It’s infuriating!

I'm currently awaiting a response on the online chat to this, so thought I would look up and see if anyone was having the same issue. I have never dispatched an order late in the 7 years I've sold on Etsy, but for some reason my stats are saying 81% and when I look at the spreadsheet, it relates to orders apparently missing the processing time. I've had this previously but not to this extent, the point I've tried to make to Etsy is that surely it's impossible not to have a processing time when all listings have them. My other sales are treated the same way and I'm using the one standard shipping template.

@RichardCammishStudio: As you mention, this is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.

Thank you for the link, there seems to be quite a lot of posts with the same issue dating back to 2022. I will have to hope that it may be resolved, the advisor in the chat said that it wasn't possible to adjust them.

I'd suggest you send them all the info you have (by email), including a screenshot of the CSV you got with the missing processing times. I did the same. If enough people report this issue, hopefully they will prioritize it. This was in the last message they sent me: "This information helps us understand the scope of the issue and prioritize a fix".

They won’t do anything, I’ve been reporting it to Etsy every time it happens for months now and they send the same response every time and do nothing.

I am having the same problem with all my listings going to one day instead of 1-3 days. Every time I change it to 1-3 it saves and then reverts back. I have contacted support multiple times and once actually talked to someone and he said he was transferring to technical support and put me on hold and no one ever picked up. It has changed all of my listings. I also cannot put size and weight in my Ground Advantage listings, which are mostly all my listings. I cannot even create a listing because it wont let me enter the weight and size.
