I had an order for a print with no personalisation details. I processed the order and sent the print to the customer. The customer has sent me a message saying that I missed the personalisation details off their order. They sent a screenshot of their order, and their screenshot shows they did enter personalisation details.
So it appears that the customer entered personalisation details but they weren't (and still aren't) shown on my Etsy order.
Has anyone come across this before? It looks like a bug in Etsy to me.
