Missing Order

Hi! I had two orders pending and shipped both but now it says one order and dispersement has decreased. Will I be paid for shipped item? How can I tell if customer canceled order? I can’t get a correct response from Etsy.

Buyers can't cancel orders. Never ship an order when the payment is still processing. If the payment was rejected, you gave the buyer a free item.

Speaking of free items,

question for the OP:

On your listing for "Purple Vacuum Therapy Butt Cups" you have it listed as a digital download that includes an extra cord. (????)

I believe a buyer could  purchase and claim a Not As Described case and win, thereby getting the item for free.

have you checked in your 'Finances' account? I would start there and see what you have Received and what you have been Charged, first. That should give you an answer on Both orders.
