Its says on my star seller dash that one order did not have tracking. But all my orders have tracking, I did accidentally complete an order when looking at the order information on the app but then rectified this buy purchasing my label.
Can this be fixed? I really worked hard to get to this stage!
if the tracking was added before the dispatch date it should have updated
@CrownedthreadsStore: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until the first scan is publicly available.
There are several other threads on the tracking issue. I have found that having or not having SS makes no difference.
