Miscalculated Star Seller Badges

I've just noticed I should have qualified for Star Seller status the last two months and this current month as I met all the criteria. There seems to be an issue with the Smooth Shipping stat not registering for the overall calculation. Advice appreciated.

First, you need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for May 1st badges and star) to see what Etsy thinks shipped late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

Everything must ship with tracking or if accepted by your postal system and Etsy for star seller sending an item by registered/signature required mail.

Items must be shipped within the processing time frame.  If you delay in marking the order complete on the day you ship then the delay means Etsy interprets this as not shipped.
