Mi vídeo no se reproduce automáticamente

Hola, no sé si habrá alguien por aquí que hable español. Tengo un problema con los vídeos que se suben a los mockups. He hecho el primero, lo he subido a la página y al pulsar en el botón de reproducción del mockup, no se reproduce, sino que aparece más grande junto con otro botón de reproducción que hay que pulsar. He visto que varios vendedores tienen el vídeo en el mockup y se reproduce automáticamente al darle al play. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Gracias por las respuestas.

Videos in what area?  Listings?  About page?

Listing videos can only be 15 seconds and don't have sound.  They are uploaded in listings.

About page is limited too.  How to Make a Shop Video With Your Smartphone

When you upload, and the video is present, yes the user clicks on the orange arrow to start the video.  

Are you talking about seeing a listing in search and when you hover over it the video plays?  That's a listing video which is added to the listing.  How to Add a Listing Video – Etsy Help 

Just an fyi, you may want to make the first photo of the item the buyer actually receives.  Since you don't provide framing and the buyer sees a framed photo, yes buyers have assumed the download has a frame around the illustration.
