Met all criteria for star seller but did not receive

I feel like I should have been given the star seller badge.  I met all criteria 100% but it shows I didn’t make the sales criteria of 5 when I actually sold 6 items.

I don't think that most buyers pay much attention to the star seller badge. If you have shipped promptly, shipped the items as described, packed your shipments well, priced fairly, etc.....Then you have performed well.   I think that buyers pay much more attention to good reviews of your shop. Sometimes it is out of your control.  Etsy is unreliable about lots of things, but they provide us with a selling platform.  Take good care of your business and buyers will purchase if you have what they are looking for.

Before worrying about star seller it would be worth asking for a shop critique. You do not say where you are located which always makes people wary. The first listing I clicked on had images under 2000 px and no video. You have been on Etsy since 2020 but only 220 sales. You have some nice items. If you fix the issues with your photos and fill out all the required fields for your shop you will get greater visability on Etsy.

There was another thread about this, and the seller was told there's possibly a tech glitch? 

I know a couple of sellers who have this issue, when all the stats seem to have been met. Their star seller was replaced with the "top shop for gifts" "message.
