Etsy, why are you rolling out tests like the Messenger when the links for feedback/info don't work? And I've got 25+ new messages showing that have already been read/answered. Sheesh.

Same here.... 41 orange dots and all messages were responded to. I clicked on every message and the dots do not go away.

Exactly! This rollout of the new "messenger" is dreadful. And we can't even give feedback on it because "you need permission" to view the form - seriously???
They've managed to make it almost unusable. Good use of development time by Etsy!
Same here - when I click on the "share feedback" link it says I do not have permission to access the page. 25 unread messages that were answered in the "messages" category. And why is Etsy wanting us to go thru Google to answer customer questions?
It wasn't broken, and...... now it is. Great job.
Same, All of a sudden I had 40+ messages. I just clicked them all to go away but I still have double messages and number count. Not helpful. Also, I'm using the beta app and I am not getting any notifications. Thank Goodness for email notifications. I don't really like the idea of a messenger style contact, I would appreciate the option to turn it off.

I clicked on the link to see what is different and I have a message that says I don't have access to google slides. Doesn't work for me.
One of the few things that Etsy had right...is now broken. When I go to my storefront and see a plethora of messages showing at the top of the screen, I panic and think I have an irate customer. This is not good and it's certainly not going to help in responding quickly, because eventually we will get used to seeing a high number of messages and we may miss a NEW message.

It's gone from my Dashboard now but come on, Etsy. Quality control? This is how people are making a living and this sloppy tech is unacceptable.
