Anybody else having customers saying they can't see the images you are sending them. I send mock ups through Etsy messaging and the last few days I have had customers tell me that they can't see the attached images. Anybody else?

Yeah I know to do that was just seeing if anyone else was having a similar problem. Like a bug on Etsy's end.

One of my customers had no issue sending images to me the other week when discussing a custom, but after so many messages back and forth, my customer was suddenly blocked from sending images when discussing the final colour options. I imagine that the overzealous AI is blocking the images at certain points.

All you can do is request an email when this happens, but then the messages may be blocked for sending outside Etsy.

It is a nightmare for those working on custom orders, when it is real easy to check when a human checks the message thread.

PS: using desktop / browser, not app

Yes! I'm having a similar issue, my custom orders can't be seen on the app. I'm having to send customers to their desktop to find the listing in the conversation. I've gotten messages that sales aren't going through.

I had a really bad day with very few orders and one order just disappeared from my dashboard. Another weirdness, I'm adding listings and everything is wonky. Hard to explain but any button has double the works- ie.. a cancel button says "cancel cancel" "enter enter"
