I made a mistake by sending spam to potential buyers. I've gotten messages advertising their business so I didn't know it wasn't allowed and I did the same. I know people won't be sympathetic because it's very frowned upon and I apologize. But now my messaging has been suspended for about 24 hours. I really need to message customers because that how I deliver their purchase. Is there something I can do or someone I can contact?
Nope. You can send the buyer emails, though.
The buyer's email address is on the order page. Only use it to deliver your product.
Note that services are not allowed on Etsy, you need to deliver a product:

Do not be tempted to use the email address to spam marketing material or add to an email marketing campaign. There are big fines for unsolicited email marketing in some countries, a positive opt in is required, and you could get your shop closed if someone reports you to Etsy for illegal misuse of their email.

In future - do not spam and 24 hours it is only 1 day .
You have another option - extend your processing time wait until you will be able to send convos and then you will convo your customer
My shop has only been open for two days so 24 hours is almost the duration of all my customer interactions lol. Adjusting the listing is a good idea. Thanks.
I've heard that messages are suspended for a week or more. And yes, your buyer's email is in the order, so you can deliver them that way. It's a hard lesson to learn.

My buyers all get an auto message after every sale I set up years ago. I think it's in your Settings somewhere. well worth using.
