Non sono arrivati nella casella "Da Etsy " ma in " posta in arrivo "

Mi aiutate a capire se è il team etsy o è una truffa?

Yes, that message is a scam.  You should put all the non-Etsy scam messages in your spam folder so you don't get penalized for not responding.

Did you not see a pop up on the message page that if a message was from Etsy it would be in the "FROM ETSY" section on the message page?
If it's NOT there it's NOT from Etsy, doesn't matter if it says it's from Etsy.

This is the easiest way to tell if a scam, if the message is in your inbox, and states from Etsy, it's a SCAM!

You also should have had a light orange BOX warning right on the message section about these scams.
BUT if you clicked "OK I got it" without reading the info, then you won't see it again.
