Hi, has anyone had issues seeing messages?  I have a customer who’s message doesn’t show up in inbox now even thou We have sent several over last few days, now not there.  If I type her name in it comes up with full thread.  Never had this happen before.  Thanks

No, I have not--and that is VERY weird.

I did have a slightly different problem with messages yesterday. When I would go to send a message I would get that "puzzle" I had to "solve" to prove I was not a robot. Even tho I am 100% sure it was right it would keep telling me I was wrong and then block me. There is nthing more frustrating than having to prove to a ROBOT that you are NOT a ROBOT!  Anyway--after several times going thru this  it finally quit. It did not affect any other of my open Etsy tabs, I could access my sales, dashboard, etc--only messages.

This does not seem to be happening today--YET!

Maybe they are messing with stuff again!
