We are only other sellers, so can't do anything with your stats, only Etsy can do that, you have to log a call - but they are very reluctant to change anything, and just point you here for information, not a fix.
Did you have a message through "help request" separate to a normal request, if you did, you have to reply to both in the separate threads
and did you reply to all the actual message threads in time, and not through something like the order
