Hi everyone, I received three different messages about three different listings from one buyer.  Etsy lumped them all together into one message and I can only respond to one of the messages.  But Etsy is still saying I haven't responded?  Any ideas?

Download your message csv file - there is a link in your star seller stats.

Etsy does merge messages from a single account into a single thread - and normally you only have to respond to the FIRST message in the thread within 24 hours for star seller credit. But people have reported issues lately. 

Just a guess, but if you responded to all three within 24 hours ... can't go wrong.

If you responded to the first one within 24 hours ... that should get you star seller credit.

If you failed to respond to the initial message within 24 hours ... that would be a reason for losing star seller credit for that message.

But the CSV file will help you determine exactly what Etsy is counting for and against your message stats.

Thank you, so I looked at the CSV file (didn't know about that) and it says Yes to responding to the buyer.  So hopefully it is all good then even though I still have the msg from Etsy saying I still haven't responded.  Thanks for your help!!
