We print personalised goods and require photos, half the images aren't under messages and we have to go hunting from them, it seems when someone creates a help request to send over there images it doesn't display under there profile and we have to go looking through the messages to find it. Guessing they've "updated" something as lots of new blue notes under the messages too.
