Are you saying that your current conversations with customers are disappearing? If so, currently there is an issue with Etsy Messages, where they are not showing up, but there is a work-around. If you open a conversation that you've already started and you don't see any of the conversation, reduce the size of your computer window (the double-box in the upper right hand of your screen) and then bring it back to full size, and your message will come back. I read this in the Etsy Forums yesterday. Hope this helps.
