Messages going into spam and cannot read on without that blue banner etsy message popping up

Is Etsy doing anything about this problem? I have seen it mentioned a few weeks ago. Just found a message in Spam, could not read it, thank goodness it showed on my mobile after hunting for it. It was 6 days old .

Same problem with  my messages ,  the yellow banner etsy message hidind completely the last message I received.And I can't read it!  Except with my phone-fortunatly.   

Did you get a solution for your problem?

I'm trying to explain to Etsy support, that  I can't do nothing to cancell this banner!

Contact etsy via chat - I had 3 and one ended up being counted re Star Seller in error - it was removed
