I've got this message from support etsy. 

Appeal that requires an immediate response!

•After a partial check of your store, we noticed that your bank details need to be updated, payments and orders will not be accepted after sending this email.

•In order to update them, you need to send us your email in a reply chat message to create a request.
•You will then receive an email and proceed as instructed.
•Otherwise your account will bloсked within 24 hours of the emаil being sent to you.

It's a scam i have a new store and today I recived 11 messages from "etsy support".In my spam folder now i have over 26 messages.

Wow!  I've been on Etsy since 2007, and haven't received 26 spam messages total in over 15 years.  It really shows how scammers are targeting  their efforts mostly on new shops, hoping that new sellers won't know yet how Etsy works and will be anxious to make their first sales.   I'm glad that you're aware of them and are putting the messages in your spam folder.

Good luck to you and your new shop - your bracelets are very nice!

Real messages from etsy are in the "from etsy" section of your inbox.

Not to mention that when etsy needs additional information from you, you will have a notice on your dashboard. Etsy doesn't ask for your email because they already have it!
