Messages fail to send

Hello guys, I just started my etsy shop and I put a digital print. Someone sent me a msg asking for Help, when I reply, theres a msg that pops up that it was unable to deliver the msg

By asking for help, did it say they needed your email address?  If so, that's a scam.  You cannot respond because their account was deleted by Etsy.

It was a SCAM, as stated above. Your shop shows no sales. When you get a REAL sale, it will appear on your dashboard under "Orders & Shipping". Buying happens seamlessly behind the scenes.'

If a buyer really has problems purchasing, they need to contact etsy directly. Sellers can't do anything to move it along. 

They are trying to trick you and eventually steal your money.

@WindWhisperers: You are not indicating what error message you are getting and it makes a difference to helping you.

If you are getting the "The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user" message that almost always means that the account has been closed (either by the person or by Etsy - and it probably was a scam message).

If you are getting the "Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled" message generally it is because the system has detected that your account has been sending unsolicited non-transactional messages.

Just in case, try to mark the message as SPAM.
