I always answer customers within a couple of hours but the message saying reply within 24 hours isn't going and my star seller message response has now gone under 95% but I always reply. Can someone sort this please?
I am instructed that I need to improve my response time. I always answer messages within the 24-48 hour timeframe but have not had any messages to answer recently, so I have been given a 0% rating which affects my Star Rating. Nice one Etsy!!!
My Bad! I have just realised that I had one from a customer who provided me with her email address as she was having an issue downloading her PDF pattern, and asked me to email it to her. To my mind it was good customer service to do as she requested, but then I stupidly forgot to reply to her within the Etsy Universe where all dictacts must obeyed, or you get penalised.
