Messages Temporarily deactivated

Hello 

i have had a new shop for the last 3 months. I have not sent any messages. 

when i am trying to reply to messages i get an error "Messages Temporarily deactivated". 

 I haven't spammed anyone or violated community rules. I've filed tickets with support, but i do not have any response. it's 3 months that I do not have any response from ETSY support why the messages always were deactivated. I will appreciate for any help

Maybe Etsy has starting removing the ability to message prior to removing shops for reselling. May be not.

I think maybe they are an embroidery shop and are simply embellishing existing luggage covers in some listings.

Other listings for unmarked luggage or bags seems to be re-selling.

I doubt Etsy is that much on the ball....lol

@mommawhazelsquilts I think the embellishment is also done by aliexpress. Every item has reverse google search to Ali and other sites. Just dropshipping. Shop is in Greece, ships from China.
