Hi all. I saw another thread about this, but never saw the solution.
Early in March I was talking with another seller about buying a digital download from him and what I was allowed to do with it. He was giving me tips on selling as well. Suddenly my messages got disabled. I've contacted Support about this twice and both times was told they would escalate it to a special team and they would reach out to me via email. I have yet to hear anything back. It's been almost a month since it happened.
I'm wondering if this is preventing customers from contacting me if they have questions.
What should I do?
They can contact you but you can't reply if your messages are disabled.
