Over the last few weeks, when clicking in the message box of the Orders & Shipping page.
The page refreshes to the top of the most current order.
Very frustrating!
Who on the design team thought this would be helpful?
I type a thank you for every order letting my customers know that I have processed their order, and ask if there is a problem with the order will they please contact me prior to leaving a poor review ( Which has saved me quite a few poor reviews to date).
Also asking for a review picture that I offer a discount on return business (And have generate many return customers with).
Many customers appreciate knowing when their order is being processed, and many have written to thank me for doing this.
I have tried using every browser available to avoid this happening, and every browser, is doing this.
So it isn't just my computer causing this, it's a thing now, and a very annoying thing!
I'm wondering if this happens on Windows or is just a Mac thing.
It is very counter productive.
I've put a call in last week asking WHY?!?!?!?
Is anyone else finding this annoying???
There have been numerous identical reports in forums recently.
And zero responses from Etsy.
What are we paying for?
I'm having this same issue and it is driving me nuts!
@TreehouseCustoms This kind of problem is most likely a flaw in the javascript used to popup orders and probably an unintended consequence rather than a design desision. I wonder if these changes are released without being tested by someone who actually uses that function and could provide feedback on user experience annoyances.
This issue is exactly why I cam to the forums. Just started on mine today as far as I know. Wasn't like that last week.
I think it's fixed! Yea!
