Message was answered the same day, but it started a new message thread

I answered a message from a buyer the same day that he messaged me, but it somehow started a new thread. Is there a way to get my Star Seller Corrected for April? I always answer immediately and I've never had this happen.

A message thread you started does not count for or against you for Star Seller. Do you mean that the buyer started a second thread? If yes, then the first message of that thread also required a reply within 24 hours.

"Is there a way to get my Star Seller Corrected for April?" Unfortunately no - even if Etsy corrected the underlying data and the Star Seller stats auto updated it would not do it retroactively. And Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust the stats or award badges and stars.

If this happens again. Spam the second message thread and reply to the main one so there is only one thread

You are enquiring about star seller but do you have consent to use the names and images of the 'superheroes' you are depicting in your images? If you do, forget about this post (and accept my humble apologies), if you don't, you have more worries than just star seller...
