Message to customer says seller takes 30 days to respond

I respond to all inquiries and messages within an hour. A customer just messaged me and let me know that when she initially messaged me, a response said that seller takes 30 days to respond. On my main page, it states that the seller responds quickly. How do I get this fixed?

Under "message Terry-Anne" I do not see the "This seller usually responds within a few hours" it seems to be blank on your listings. I have checked in several browsers but the section under "message Terry-Anne" remains blank.

Probably another glitch, I would chance it and send Etsy message regarding this
