I was messaged by someone who had not ordered from my shop before (they had trouble paying and asked for advice). When I tried to reply mere minutes later, text in the red box popped up saying (roughly translated from German) "the username entered by you does not belong to any valid Etsy account". But I didn't type a username anywhere ‐ I was literally just replying to an already started conversation My first thought was that they're typing from a guest account and I can't reply to that because they're not a registered user, but they have their full name on display and a profile picture. In the Sellers app, it just said the message couldn't be sent, and when I tried my mobile browser, it gave me this error. Has anyone dealt with this before? Could this be an already-removed scam/span account?
